How is the name personalised on the products?
- For faux leather products, we use heat press to permanently affix the names onto the product surface.
- For non-faux leather products, due to the nature of the products (i.e. plastic, ceramic or PU leather), we use permanent adhesive vinyl decal for personalization as the products are not suitable for heat press.
- For handwritten products, we use permanent paint markers for personalization.
What is Permanent Adhesive Vinyl Decal?
Permanent Adhesive Vinyl Decal, also known as Outdoor Vinyl Decal, is designed to withstand heat and water, making it a durable option for customization. The decal is cured for at least 24 hours to help the adhesive firmly fix onto the surface, and it is difficult to remove once applied. If removed, it may leave marks or residue. However, please note that the decal cannot withstand scraping. If the decal is accidentally scraped, you can use a flat tool to press it back onto the surface to get it affix.
Will the decal drop off easily?
Permanent adhesive vinyl decal used for personalization is designed to adhere firmly to the product surface. However, it is important to handle the product with care to avoid intentionally scraping or peeling off the decal. Please refer to the care tips section under respective product details for specific instructions on how to maintain the quality and longevity of the product with personalized decal.
Is there other mode of customisation?
At Marble Mia, we prioritize the health and safety of our team members. For this reason, we do not offer customisation using UV printing. While the fumes from uncured UV ink and the process of printing using UV technology are not harmful to the customer, they can be harmful to the person operating the equipment. These fumes can have negative effects on the health and well-being of our team, and we choose to avoid this method of customization. Instead, we offer customisation through safe and healthy methods and we stay committed to keep the price of our products affordable and upkeep the quality of our products.
